Head of Human Resources (HR)

The Position

Hexa uses their proprietary technology, SaaS platform, 3D database and a community of over 15K 3D artists to help retailers and brands convert their existing images into immersive content (3D/AR/VR) at half the cost and twice the speed.

Hexa's customers (Macy's, Google, Logitech, JD.com and many others) use their product to lower visualization costs, increase sales metrics, improve customer acquisition costs and distribute content globally.

Hexa is currently managing immersive content creation for leading retailers and brands around the globe in the fashion and accessories, furniture, home decor and consumer electronics space.

We are looking for a highly-driven Head of HR who will report to the CEO and partner with our team leaders to deliver excellent employee experience, develop and execute the organizational agenda and people plans with the ultimate goal of achieving high levels of team happiness while delivering business results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as consultant to the business on building talent pipelines, creating hiring strategies,and onboarding programs. 
  • Develop innovative HR policy and procedures to drive performance, happiness and excellent employee experience
  • Design and execute performance review sessions, provide guidance and coaching to leaders on managing performance and feedback discussions.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and propose training plans that meet business priorities as well as employees’ professional development needs.
  • Lead culture, inclusion and diversity initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive organizational changes by getting buy-in and commitment, understanding the impact on employees and bringing them along the change journey through communication and enablement.
  • Designing, planning, and executing hiring efforts to support local, regional, and global activities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Senior HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced global technology environment
  • Experience in building and scaling startups from the ground up.
  • Developed and implemented hiring strategies in a global technology company.
  • Strategic thinking, with an ability to drive cross functional and regional implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact people programs around performance management, team engagement, and team retention.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, guidelines, and legal requirements
  • Relevant Master’s degree (Organizational psychology/sociology, MBA, labor studies)
