Head of B2B Marketing

The Position

The VP B2B Marketing will lead and build Hexa3D's marketing strategy, develop a Lead-Gen machine able to generate MQL, establish the B2B Marketing team, lead Hexa3D rebranding effort to establish Hexa3D as an industry leadership and build a marketing infrastructure for Hexa3D to scale to $10M ARR until end of 2021.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-centric thinking to define the ideal customer profile.
  • Work closely with CEO to define, implement, and manage Hexa3D's marketing strategy for optimal performance and results.
  • Craft messaging and positioning in the market; conduct competitive and market analysis to determine and highlight Hexa3D's key differentiators.
  • Forward Hexa3D rebranding procedure in order to design the public perception and move Hexa3D to the front of the industry.
  • Work closely with VP of sales to enhance and align efforts.
  • Develop and automate a Lead-Gen machine able to generate MQL and nurture leads.
  • Create a visibility to the B2B marketing metrics to the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years documented success as a marketing leader within the enterprise industry, with a preference on successfully growing an emerging brand.
  • Experience driving significant revenue and profit with a small team of marketing specialists.
  • Deep, demonstrable understanding of marketing strategy development, execution for new and new/existing brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
  • Retail Expertise – Candidate should have a deep background in marketing retails or other high SKU count, large traffic eCommerce business.
  • Deep skills in marketing campaign development, execution and leveraging data and analytics (CPC, CTR, open rate, CPL, CPA, EPC, etc.) to improve results and increase ROI
  • Expertise with Account-based marketing for enterprises.
  • Expertise with operating Marketing management and automation tools (as Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Deep, demonstrable understanding of manage creative procedures with internal and external creative teams.
  • You’re a polished yet scrappy, entrepreneurial self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively in a high energy, fast-paced company environment.
  • Listening skills, minimal ego.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
