Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Position

This is an exciting time to join Hexa 3D and make a personal difference in the AR & VR space as a Partnerships Manager, joining our Partner Team.

As our Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our partnerships program and for securing new and innovative integrations, distribution models, and co-marketing initiatives that drive revenue.

The role requires excellent customer-facing skills, project management skills and a data-driven orientation, which enable the partnership manager to effectively represent Hexa 3D and drive end-to-end solutions together with other team members and internal stakeholders, such as R&D, Product, Sales and Legal.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive partnership strategy and execution, with the expected outcome of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Market research to identify and evaluate new potential partners across various industries by following AR & VR work market trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities, establishing key performance indicators that will determine the ultimate success of the partnerships.
  • Create strong relationships with partners and the sales team in order to drive more partner sourced revenue, which you will have the primary responsibility for.
  • Secure new and innovative integrations, distribution models, and co-marketing initiatives that drive revenue. Driving mutual customer and partner success through innovative solution capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of channel partnerships, sales or business development in an eCommerce agency, product or platform company with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
  • Business acumen - you know how businesses work, knowledgeable in current/future practices, trends, technology, etc.
  • Have experience in Have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with a passion for understanding of how software products can help solve complex business problems
  • Are a fearless networker who enjoys operating out of your comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment
  • Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to help position the most innovative solutions to solve eCommerce, AR & VR challenges
  • First class presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Natural collaborator and team player: you find common ground/solve problems for the good of all
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
