Senior Business Development Representative

The Position

We’re looking for a Senior BDR to join our scaling team.
Hexa is providing 3D and Augmented Reality As A Service (SaaS) to the world’s biggest eCommerce including brands like Macy’s, Logitech, Target, IKEA, and more. Here you can see what we do.

There are a few things we take very seriously here at Hexa3d.io: Producing the best 3D models in the world and the success of our clients. Our client base has been growing rapidly because of the seriousness we take ourselves and our work.

We’re looking to add a first BDR team member to work on our enterprise accounts, build the pipeline of accounts for 2021 and lead the build of the team.
Hexa is growing and we have many leadership opportunities.

Hexa3D BDR should decide on the right messages to the right clients and build a process to reach out to those clients
We already have an automated cold email process getting us almost 10% reply rate and we are looking for someone to build on top of that.
As this will be the first BDR team member, you will work closely with the AE’s, the VP of Sales and CS tackle our challenge together. 


Responsibilities

New campaigns

  • Evaluate verticals, countries and size of companies to decide who to target first
  • Design and execute new campaigns/sequences

ABM

  • Build our Enterprise process from scratch.
  • Make the decisions, plan the strategy and execute

Speak with clients

  • Qualify clients and understand problems
  • Set meetings for AEs

Keep improving the messaging

  • Trying new markets, new industries and new offerings
  • Keep an eye for current performance and iterate. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing positions
  • SaaS accounts with over 5K MRR
  • Startup experience a must - min 1 year
  • eCommerce experience a plus
  • Basic tech understanding a must. for example how an API works, what is HTML, native VS web...
  • Be extremely curious and ask questions to understand
  • Self learner
  • Great spoken and written communication
  • Highly skilled at writing personal messaging at scale
  • Customer service oriented
  • Can prioritize and say no 
  • Well organized and not missing out on stuff
  • Process-oriented (and some speech)
  • Be able to explain things in a simple way
  • Have the patience to build things for the long run.
  • A person that is into the details but is not afraid to move forward and break things
  • Profound in written and verbal communication in English.
