Marketing Ops & Automation Manager

The Position

This strategy and technical role involve planning and illustrating marketing automatic flows by taking POC marketing flow and converting them into Automated flow which allow us to scale up. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation and data interrogation. 

The Marketing Ops & Automation Manager functions as executor of the marketing strategy. It’s also responsible for laying the basis of the marketing infrastructure of Hexa3d.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for  building and automating leads journeys using marketing automation tools. 
  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing database.
  • Responsible for execution of the marketing strategy. 
  • Responsible for laying down the infrastructure to enable the marketing to scale.

Requirements

  • Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner 
  • Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability 
  • Provide a problem solving and ‘point of escalation’ technical support function 
  • Working with stakeholders create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariate testing that maximise conversions 
  • Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting 
  • Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing cycle
  • Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
  • +2 years of experience with Hubspot Marketing and Sales hub
  • Experienced with building integration using Zapier in order to customize marketing workflows. 
  • Experienced working with Creative contractors like UIUX, Designer, Content writers. 
  • Data driven and Data-Driven Decision Making.
