Head of Partnerships

The Position

As Head of Partnerships, you’ll be directly building and growing the Hexa Partner team. The Partnerships team focuses on driving direct and indirect revenue through partners. This may be through platform partners where Hexa 3D is a core component of a partner’s service offering, implementation partners, affiliate/referral partners, and anything in between. By allowing Hexa 3D to penetrate new customer segments and partner ecosystems, the Partnerships team plays a critical role enabling otherwise hard-to-reach consumers and businesses to benefit from Hexa. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for meeting a substantial portion of Hexa’s growth and revenue targets. This role is based in Israel , and will report directly to Hexa’s Higher Management.

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow and manage Hexa’s Partner Team.
  • Develop and drive partnership strategy and execution, with the expected outcome of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Market research to identify and evaluate new potential partners across various industries by following AR & VR work market trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities, establishing key performance indicators that will determine the ultimate success of the partnerships.
  • Create strong relationships with partners and the sales team in order to drive more partner sourced revenue, which you will have the primary responsibility for.
  • Secure new and innovative integrations, distribution models, and co-marketing initiatives that drive revenue. Driving mutual customer and partner success through innovative solution capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven leadership and structuring relationships in channel partnership management
  • Advanced understanding of sales channel development, partnership, go-to-market strategy, revenue, and profit growth
  • Have experience in Have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with a passion for understanding of how software products can help solve complex business problems
  • Are a fearless networker who enjoys operating out of your comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment
  • Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to help position the most innovative solutions to solve eCommerce, AR & VR challenges
  • First class presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Natural collaborator and team player: you find common ground/solve problems for the good of all
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
