Head of Business Development

The Position

We’re looking for a Head of BDR to join our expanding team. Hexa is providing 3D and Augmented Reality solutions to the world’s biggest eComs. We allow retailers to get this on their site. Past and current projects included brands like Macy’s, Logitech, Target, IKEA, and more. 

There are a few things we take really seriously here at Hexa3d.io: Producing the best 3D models in the world and the way we work with our clients. Even though we are a small company, our client base has been growing rapidly because of the seriousness we take ourselves and our work. We’re looking to add a team member that will improve our cold outbound process and feed our growth.

Up until now, we have been moving fast in identifying our ideal clients,  identifying their problems, and approaching them with the right message at the right time. Our new Head of SDR will improve and scale this process even more. This is a builder position about you will be founding the team

This is one of the building blocks of Hexa’s growth strategy and the position is crucial to the success of the company. You will be working closely with Hexa’s VP of Sales, and be involved in strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • The Head of BDR will be responsible for building and operating the new business generation process of the company and for finding new opportunities.
  • Possess a strong operational ability to plan and execute a strategy to grow our new opportunities X10.
  • Be able to communicate with clients at all levels to achieve outcomes. Excellent and methodological communication skills are a must
  • Proactively own and manage the process of contacting new clients.
  • Plan campaigns, build the topics, and work together with a writing professional to execute. 
  • Speak with clients about their preferred platform and formulate best practices and templates for your peers.
  • Build clients’ profiles and set criteria for initiating contact. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Service customer-facing positions
  • Experience working in a B2B written communication position, mostly sales or marketing related. 
  • 2+year cold outbound experience
  • Some managerial or team leadership position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • +1 years of early startup experience
  • eCommerce experience a plus
  • Lists or campaign management experience - paying attention to details and organization.
  • Basic tech understanding is a must.
