Enterprise Account Executive

The Position

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our scaling team. Hexa is providing 3D and Augmented Reality As A Service (SaaS) to the world’s biggest eCommerce including brands like Macy’s, Logitech, Target, IKEA, and more. This is what we do.

There are a few things we take very seriously here at Hexa3d.io: Producing the best 3D models in the world and the success of our clients. Our client base has been growing rapidly because of the seriousness we take ourselves and our work.

We’re looking to add an Account Executive team member to work on our enterprise accounts, build the projects with the client, work with all stakeholders on complex POC’s, negotiate commercials, and close the deal.

As Hexa is hyper growing, there are a lot of opportunities to take more responsibility and promotions.

Hexa3D’s Enterprise Account Executive should act as client advocates and build a project around the client’s needs. He will work with relevant internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. 

The AE should be able to understand the needs, be able to build a plan and move decisively to that direction. After plan and KPI’s are achived, the AE should negotiate firmly on commercials to extract as much value as possible.





Responsibilities

Qualify incoming leads  

  • Use written and spoken communication to understand the needs and requirements of the client
  • Understanding the project and timelines

Demo and run first calls

  • Be able to explain what Hexa does in a simple manner
  • Ask the right questions and understand the needs and how they see it working
  • Be able to adjust your explanations to what the client described

Move-qualified leads through the process  

  • Understand the sales process both internally and for the client
  • Plan out the deliverables that are needed in each stage of the project
  • Make sure things are delivered as needed

Build a project with the client  

  • Understanding the needs of the client + what is a successful project
  • Move UX/UI, analytics, production, creative and development unites to fulfill the needs

Add more stakeholders and move the project  

  • Who else needs to be involved and what are the 

Negotiate well  

  • Be able to understand power positions and your spot in the relationship
  • Think long term and build it up with each company and in the industry 
  • Negotiate actual deals

Execution of demos 

  • Partners will need to get a plan and then you need to make sure we execute on that plan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing positions
  • SaaS sales to accounts with over 5KMRR
  • Startup experience a must - min 1 year
  • eCommerce experience a plus
  • Basic tech understanding a must. for example how an API works, what is HTML, native VS web...
  • Be extremely curious and ask questions to understand
  • Self learner
  • Good spoken and written communication
  • Customer service oriented
  • Can prioritize and say no 
  • Pushing projects above the standard pace, not waiting to be thought.
  • Well organized and not missing out on stuff
  • Wants to improve - looking for feedback
  • Process-oriented (and some speech)
  • Be able to explain things in a simple way
  • Have the patience to build things for the long run.
  • A person that is into the details but is not afraid to move forward and break things
  • Profound in written and verbal communication in English.
